Group members.Data you add to a group is visible to other members and admins of that group according to their role and the product's permissions.

Service providers. We use infrastructure and tools such as Supabase (hosting and database) and payment processors to run the Service. They process data on our behalf under their own terms and security practices.

Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the Service.

We retain account and group data while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. Plan limits may restrict how far back group owners can view historical records. You may request deletion of your account subject to legal and operational requirements (for example, records other group members rely on).

We use industry-standard measures including encrypted connections and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; please use a strong password and protect your device.

8. Your choices and rights

You can update your profile in the app. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal data. Contact us to make a request and we will respond as required by applicable law.

The Service is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
