ManagerBhai helps groups track shared wallets, expenses, meal orders, approvals, and reports. Features may vary by subscription plan. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate registration information and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Groups and shared data

When you join or create a group, other members and group admins may see information you submit to that group, including expenses, wallet entries, meal orders, and profile details visible within the group. You are responsible for what you share and for complying with any agreements you have with other group members.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans renew on the billing interval shown at checkout unless canceled. Payments are processed through bKash or other payment providers we support. Plan limits—such as group count, members per group, and data retention—apply as described on the pricing page and in your account.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
• Attempt to access another user's account or data without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including by automated scraping or overload
• Upload malware or content that infringes others' rights

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

7. Data retention

Historical group data may be limited by your subscription plan. Older records may be hidden or unavailable after plan limits apply. Back up information that matters to you outside the Service if you need long-term retention beyond your plan.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Shared expense calculations and reports are tools to help your group; they are not financial, legal, or tax advice. You remain responsible for verifying amounts and settlements with your group.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ManagerBhai and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or zero if you use a free plan.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
